Small offices lose time to the same chores every week: retyping emails into spreadsheets, chasing documents, sending the same reminders. The tools to automate that already exist. What usually goes wrong is everything after: automations that break quietly a few months later, with nobody watching.
So I do both halves. I find where your time goes, build the fix inside the tools you already use, then stay on to keep it running. Every report and every setup gets my personal review before it reaches you, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my data?
We work inside accounts you own and avoid copying client or tenant data out of your systems. Setups are designed with PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 in mind, and applicable state rules for US clients.
Which tools do you work with?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus common property-management, CRM and booking tools through their official integrations, Zapier, Make or n8n. If a tool can't be connected safely, the report says so. Software names are compatibility mentions, not partnerships.
Does anything get sent without me?
No. By default, replies are drafts you review and send yourself, until you're comfortable letting us handle them for you.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. Use the currency switch in the pricing section. You're billed in the currency you choose.
How long does it take?
Our targets: the free quick check within 2 business days, the report within about 5 business days, and the assistant setup in about 3 business days after access is ready. Many builds are up and running within days, and for larger ones your quote spells out the timeline before any work starts.
What if I don't go ahead with a build?
The report is yours to keep. If you build with us, the full $249 CAD$179 USD is credited toward the cost of your build.
